x402 API Key + URL Packs

What it does

Buy a low-cost readiness check first, then buy a small OpenAI-compatible URL + API key quota pack through x402, including GPT-5.6 Soul access when your upstream key allows it. The readiness check returns URL, model, request-shape, and next-pack contract details without exposing a key.

How agents pay

1. The agent sends a plain request and receives an HTTP 402 response describing the price and payment requirements.
2. The agent signs a payment payload for the exact amount on base and attaches it to a retried request.
3. The facilitator verifies and settles the payment, then the service returns the paid response.
