What it does

x402 endpoint reliability pre-flight: factual service-delivery measurements of a target x402 endpoint before an agent pays it — reachability/uptime rate, valid-402 rate, response latency (p50/p95/p99), last status, and sampled paid delivery verification. How agents pay

1. The agent sends a plain request and receives an HTTP 402 response describing the price and payment requirements.
2. The agent signs a payment payload for the exact amount on base and attaches it to a retried request.
3. The facilitator verifies and settles the payment, then the service returns the paid response.
