Part A: estimated liq price levels for 5x/10x/25x/50x leverage bands, modeled from open interest and mark price — no new upstream source. Part B: real liquidation prints from OKX public API (no auth). Returns cluster map, nearest_long/short clusters, squeeze_bias, and honest disclaimers.
