## What it does

Attested Hedera network facts: HBAR exchange rate, gas fees, supply, node roster, throughput, topic state. Each response carries the ML-DSA-65 attestation ID of the served snapshot — tamper-evident reference data for agents that must prove what they knew when they acted.

## How agents pay

1. The agent sends a plain request and receives an HTTP 402 response describing the price and payment requirements.
